Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

My Growth provides website design and development services for local businesses. Our services include creating mobile-responsive websites, basic SEO setup, and optional ongoing support (as specified in your chosen package).

2. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. For one-time projects (Starter and Growth sites), payment is typically required upfront or in stages (e.g., 50% to start, 50% on completion). For Pro packages, monthly payments are due in advance. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds during the build phase. Additional revisions after the site is live may incur extra charges, unless you're on a Pro package that includes monthly updates.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and content in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to any content (text, images, etc.) you provide
• Set up and maintain web hosting (we can provide guidance)

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines and depend on timely provision of content and feedback. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website we create for you. We retain the right to use the website as a portfolio example (unless you request otherwise). We do not claim ownership of your business content, logos, or brand assets.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We recommend you maintain backups of your website content.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellation may result in charges for work completed. Pro package subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice.

9. Hosting and Maintenance

Web hosting is not included in our packages (unless specified). You are responsible for hosting setup and ongoing hosting fees. We can provide guidance or setup assistance for an additional fee. Ongoing maintenance is included only in Pro packages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
